Sample Submission Guide for HiSeq and GS FLX

For each run that is processed on the Ion Torrent PGM, the following files will be provided:

A PDF file of the run QC metrics
The Library Sequences (as SFF and FASTQ file)
The Full Library Alignments (as BAM and BAI files), if a reference sequence was selected/provided at time of submission
